Hello, I am Ashley: Certified Doula, Postpartum Doula and Lactation Specialist. I'm thrilled you've found your way to my little corner of the internet! I'm a wife and proud mama of three little loves. My first birth was a planned homebirth turned hospital transfer and our next two have been successful, peaceful, JOYFUL homebirths.
My heart is for women to have the most empowered transition into motherhood possible!​

Maidens and Mothers was born out of both learning from my own experiences and taking a deep dive into the realm of maternal care. From conception to postpartum the changes our bodies and minds undergo are immense, not to mention the adjustments the entire family walks through together. I'll be there to support through it A L L (or as much as you want/need). I'm excited to partner with you to help you accomplish exactly what you want for your pregnancy, birth and postpartum experiences.
